Senior Front-End Developer

As an experienced candidate with 3-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with building global standard web applications. - Mastery in HTML5, CSS3, and proficiency in various front-end development technologies, especially React JS and Angular JS. - Proficient in Scrum methodology and Agile practices. - Extensive experience in managing development teams by conducting daily stand-ups, ensuring timely completion of sprints, and removing dependencies. - Providing technical leadership for projects and teams through design and code reviews, ensuring the application of best technical practices. - Assisting teams in reducing technical debt through constant code refactoring. - Offering guidance to the team on technical architecture. - Demonstrating strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Well-organized with excellent communication and reporting abilities. - Capable of successfully working under tight project deadlines.
