Senior Finance Manager - FP&A India (Gurgaon)

As an experienced FP&A Leader at Turner & Townsend, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning and analysis processes for the India business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and leading the end-to-end FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Leading the forecast build, consolidation, and analysis by translating business inputs into structured financial plans
• Ensuring robust, data-driven forecasts that are aligned with operational realities
• Leading monthly financial reporting and performance analysis, providing clear variance analysis and generating insightful reporting packs
• Owning pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting models, and data consolidation for the India market
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, business performance evaluation, and resource planning
• Leading FP&A-related activities supporting the migration to D365, driving system, data, and process improvements
• Partnering closely with the India Finance Director and other stakeholders to align financial insights with business strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles
• Experience in high-growth or dynamic business environments
• Experience in professional services, consulting, real estate, or project-based organizations preferred
• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is advantageous
