Senior Executive- Infrastructure

As an experienced OT Senior Executive Infrastructure, your role will involve managing and securing Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure in a plant/manufacturing environment. Your expertise in network security, firewalls, access control, virtualization, and system administration will be crucial for ensuring high availability, compliance, and secure operations. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an L3 Network Engineer, configuring and managing FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls for network security. - Ensure IPsec connectivity between onsite firewalls, cloud virtual machines, and private cloud data centers. - Manage Network Access Control (NAC) using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco network switches. - Monitor network performance and resolve issues using network monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold. - Possess working knowledge of Continuous Threat Detection (CTD) systems, preferably Nazomi. - Understand Secure Remote Access (SRA) technologies. Identity & Access Management: - Manage user accounts for operator workstations, servers, and network devices. - Perform actions such as adding, modifying, removing, resetting passwords, and assigning privileges. - Suspend, revoke, or transfer logical access rights based on role changes or employment termination. - Conduct periodic reviews of user accounts and access privileges to ensure compliance. - Maintain an accurate inventory of all network-connected devices. System & Infrastructure Management: - Maintain and support physical and virtual machines running on Nutanix HCI. - Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Windows Server administration. - Conduct routine hardware and software audits to identify and remediate security gaps. Operating System & Patch Management: - Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes to mitigate vulnerabilities. - Ensure all remotely accessible systems are patched and secured as per security standards. Qualifications Required: - BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience managing IT/OT infrastructure in a plant or manufacturing environment. - Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, switching, and server management. - Hands-on experience with OT security concepts and tools. - Good understanding of IT compliance, audits, and security best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
