Senior Executive - HR Operations & Statutory Compliance

Your role as a Senior Executive HR Operations & Statutory Compliance will involve supporting and managing daily HR operational activities to ensure smooth functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently execute and manage daily HR Operations tasks. - Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records. - Generate and issue HR-related letters and documents through the HRMS system. - Maintain accurate employee records in the system. - Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, PT, and ESIC. - Address and resolve employee queries regarding HR operations and statutory compliance. - Prepare and maintain monthly HR and compliance reports. - Verify employee documents for data accuracy. - Provide support to the payroll team with necessary data and coordination. - Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all HR tasks. Qualification Required: - Minimum Graduate in any discipline. - 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations and Statutory Compliance (PF, PT & ESIC).
