Job Description

As the Project Manager reporting to the Project Director, you will be managing several clients across the business. You will work closely with agency designers, developers, strategists, and client services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate projects across various global client accounts - Interact with clients at a senior level on a daily basis - Drive project activities following Agile processes - Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget - Manage project teams across different geographical locations - Make decisions related to administration, scope, and control of the project - Review risk/issue logs with the project team and provide solutions - Advocate for Project Management Standards and challenge constraints - Utilize project management and bug tracking systems like Jira - Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and disagreements - Support quality-related activities of the Project Team - Lead complex initiatives independently Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15+ years of experience - Experience in client-facing roles and managing professional client relationships - Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies - Strong understanding of software development life cycle models - Knowledge of web and mobile technologies - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective team management abilities - Attention to detail and budget constraints - Experience in digital product development or delivery environments - Familiarity with Content Management Systems like WordPress, Sitecore, or Umbraco - Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is advantageous - Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment Additional Company Details: Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
