Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Digital Marketer at DX8 Technologies, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This full-time position at Sector 62, Noida, requires 2-5 years of experience and expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, and content management. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Drive qualified traffic and leads through paid and organic strategies. - Implement and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility. - Manage Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Online Reputation Management (ORM). - Run email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot. - Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging creatives. - Update and manage content across digital platforms using CMS tools like WordPress and Drupal. - Utilize basic CSS knowledge for web formatting and styling adjustments. - Build and manage content calendars for blogs and social media. - Track and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing execution. - Stay updated on digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing such as BCA, B.Tech, and master's degree in MBA, MCA, M.Tech. - 3-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content management. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs, email marketing platforms, CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal, basic CSS knowledge, content authoring, and on-page SEO techniques. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and data-driven marketing. - Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
