Job Description
As a Data Analyst, your role involves developing and maintaining quality applications, collaborating with various teams, and staying updated on industry trends. Your key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly applications, dashboards, and software solutions.
- Collaborating with IMG Quality skill teams and Cross-Functional teams to gather user needs.
- Writing efficient, reusable, and scalable code in various programming languages.
- Creating intuitive user interfaces and implementing responsive design principles.
- Debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance software development practices.
- Providing technical support and assistance to end users when necessary.
- Documenting code, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and tracking progress of Quality Innovation Projects in Traction System.
- Updating IMG Quality Bowler for Innovation Projects on a monthly basis.
- Collaborating with IT, Regional Quality SME, and IMG Innovation team on project progress and attending IMG innovation meetings.
In terms of global/regional liaison, you will:
- Participate in all Quality Process Alignment Meetings in the region.
- Liaise with Regional Quality and Plant teams for regional unique projects for replication within the region and global plants.
- Drive continuous improvement of process and efficiency ideas within IMG teams.
- Collaborate with IMG Quality teams and Global Quality teams to discuss and implement improvement ideas from the region.
Skills required for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Platform (Power Apps/Power BI & Power Automate), Excel VBA, Python, Qlik Sense, knowledge of Cloud platforms such as Azure and Share-point, familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies, Altreyx, and Cognos output interface. The experience level expected for this position is senior level.
