Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related engineering discipline. Master's degree is a plus. - 5 - 10 years of experience in a Senior Operations, SRE, DevOps, or Technical Lead role within the telecom industry. - Deep understanding of the full BSS stack and its lifecycle. - Proficiency in cloud-native technologies, database management, monitoring solutions, and automation tools. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive projects to completion.
