Senior Business and Data Analyst

As an experienced Automation Business Analyst, you have a unique opportunity to be part of the Global Process Excellence, Automation, and Technology Team at the company and contribute to expanding its operations beyond established business service centers in Budapest, Kuala Lumpur, and Bogota. Your focus will be on automations, with a special emphasis on ML/AI projects related to various functions such as Finance, HRS, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales operations, Industrial Affairs, Internal Controls, and Audit processes. You will be responsible for analyzing automation opportunities and executing automation projects within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical needs - Apply expertise in machine learning, statistics, forecasting, and optimization to multiple analytics projects - Gather and organize large & complex data assets, and perform relevant analysis to propose data models for each business case - Propose best technologies (RPA, ML, AI, Low code developments, etc.) to address business pain points in collaboration with IT stakeholders - Collaborate with Developers/Engineers to assist in creating solution designs for RPA/AI/ML projects that meet business requirements - Act as a Product Owner in scrum teams to deliver assigned projects in an agile way - Report project statuses to Automation Lead/Head and relevant stakeholders - Create user stories, user acceptance test (UAT) related documents, and actively participate in building and training ML models - Act as a central point of knowledge and control for business processes, Developers, Process Experts, and Process Owners/Champions during the development and testing of automation - Implement best practices from the external market on automating structured and non-structured data and processes for continuous improvement **Expected Skills:** **Technical Skills:** - Hands-on AI/ML modeling experience with a strong understanding of theoretical foundations - Preferred experience with automation software (e.g., AutomationAnywhere, Microsoft PowerAutomate), Cognitive intelligence platforms, and API integrations - Awareness and experience in transactional/back office systems or reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Coupa, Blackline, HighRadius, Icertis) **Processes:** - E2E Process Acumen in processes such as HRS, Finance, Procurement, Supply chain, Clinical trials, Regulatory reporting, Industrial Affairs, Manufacturing, and Internal Control & Audit Processes - Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process assessment, modeling, and harmonization tools and techniques **Project Management:** - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with PM tools like jira and confluence **Other Skills:** - Strong requirements gathering skills and ability to capture business processes - Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at different organizational levels - Strong problem-solving skills and delivery orientation - Ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, and business maturity levels - Good written and oral presentation skills in English **Background and Experience:** - Minimum 8 years of experience with 3-5 years as a business analyst/PM in Automation projects - Track record of applying machine learning/deep learning approaches - Background in Computer Science or Business Administration - Experience in Global Business Services environment and business process analysis and automation - Digital & technology savviness At the company, diversity and inclusion are foundational values that drive the organization.
