Senior Bigdata Developer Assistant Vice President

As a Data Analytics Senior Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in applying your in-depth knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and enhance processes within the data analytics function. Your expertise will be pivotal in integrating subject matter and industry knowledge to drive impactful business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Applying disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes and work-flows
• Coordinating and contributing to the objectives of data science initiatives and overall business
• Assuming informal/formal leadership roles by coaching and training new recruits
• Influencing decisions, work, and performance of all teams through advice, counsel, and services
• Conducting strategic data analysis, identifying insights, making recommendations, and developing data displays
• Mining and analyzing data from various banking platforms to optimize and enhance data quality
• Delivering analytics initiatives to address business problems by identifying required data, assessing time & effort, and establishing project plans
• Consulting with business clients to identify system functional specifications and recommend solutions
• Leading system change processes from requirements through implementation and providing user support
• Formulating systems scope and objectives for complex projects through research and fact-finding

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with expertise in the following areas:

• Database Development & Architecture across MongoDB, Oracle, and other SQL databases
• Data Pipeline Construction using Python for processing and integrating large volumes of data
• Big Data Engineering within the Big Data ecosystem (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka)
• Python Development for data manipulation, API development, and automation
• Performance Optimization of databases and data pipelines
• Data Quality and Integrity implementation within data pipelines
• Collaboration with application developers, data scientists, and data analysts
• Technical Leadership providing subject matter expertise on database and data engineering best practices

Your educational background should include a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
