Senior AWS Developer (Lead)

You will be part of a team developing an AI/ML enabled SAAS solution aimed at improving cash performance management for enterprises in the FinTech sector. As a Senior AWS Developer (Lead) with over 10 years of experience, you will be based in Hyderabad (WFO-Hybrid) and expected to join early.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Taking ownership of designing and developing core features of the customer product using the latest technology stack on the AWS cloud platform.
• Collaborating with various teams across different time zones to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions as per the established roadmap.
• Working closely with business teams to provide incremental value to clients and promote customer values and technical culture.

**Qualifications Required:**

• Experience working with technologies such as multi-tenant SaaS, CI/CD environments, monitoring tools, Kubernetes, Istio, workflow engines, various data stores (RDBMS, Cassandra, Neo4j), AWS services, and integrations with enterprise systems like SSO and email.
• Proficiency in system design, data modeling, and familiarity with RDBMS and Big Data concepts.
• Hands-on experience in building applications utilizing AWS services like Step Functions, RDS, Cassandra, Kinesis, and ELK.
• Strong coding skills in Node.js.

You should possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying complex software systems. Being adaptable to a startup environment, navigating uncertainties, resource constraints, and managing multiple priorities with creativity and resourcefulness are important attributes for this role. Familiarity with Agile development practices and a commitment to engineering best practices are crucial.

Ideally, you hold a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field, preferably from renowned institutions like IIT, NIT, or BITS.
