Senior Automation Test Analyst

Role Overview: You are sought after to be an experienced Senior Automation Engineer with a solid background in Playwright and Python to join the QA team. Your role will involve leading automation initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery by implementing robust test automation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Python (and C# where applicable). - Implement and enhance BDD frameworks such as Pytest-BDD, Cucumber, SpecFlow, and Reqnroll. - Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Perform API-level automation and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Mentor and guide QA engineers (both manual and automation) on best practices. - Analyse test results, identify defects, and drive timely resolution. - Extend and optimize automation frameworks and tools as necessary. - Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and quality goals. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience working on automated test scripts using Playwright with Python (and C# where applicable). - Proficiency in implementing and enhancing BDD frameworks like Pytest-BDD, Cucumber, SpecFlow, and Reqnroll.
