Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate at PwC specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft CRM applications. Your work will focus on helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on Digital/Delivery Transformation using Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Server Side and Client Side technologies such as SPFX, CSOM, JSOM, Rest Services, React, SharePoint Hosted App, Provider Hosted App, and Custom Development using Third Party Tools like InfoPath.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and technical skills, along with the ability to make informed decisions.
• Lead teams effectively to ensure project success.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech).
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Proficiency in technical areas including Azure, M365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TEAMS Development, and other languages like ASP.NET, C#, CAML, CSOM, CSS, JSOM, etc.
• Experience with migration tools like Metalogix, Mover, Sharegate, SharePoint Migration Tool, and various IDEs and tools.
