Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate in the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team at PwC, you will be providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in areas such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your role will involve analyzing financial information with a focus on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. You will play a crucial part in helping organizations realize the potential of their transactions and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage projects of medium to large complexity.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and analytical skills, particularly in audit-related tasks.
- Identify issues for purchase price adjustments, working capital, and debt adjustments.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Independently prepare deliverables and articulate points of view.
- Build strong internal connections within the organization.
- Possess technical proficiency in Indian GAAP/Indian Accounting standards.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with data and analytics tools such as Altryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity.
Qualifications Required:
- Education qualification: CA
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Mandatory skill set: Financial Due Diligence
- Preferred skill set: Financial Due Diligence
- Degrees/Field of Study required: Chartered Accountant Diploma
