As an essential member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the Investment Banking sector with a focus on Hedge Fund, Capital Markets, and Fund Accounting operations.

**Role Overview**:

You will be responsible for the review of daily Cash and Position Reconciliation between funds and brokers, as well as Client Reconciliations. Your role will involve ensuring completion status, reconciliation controls, closure of breaks, and validation of deliverables within specified SLA's. Additionally, you will create process flows for sub-processes, conduct MIS Reporting, and contribute to process excellence initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Review completion status of daily Cash and Position Reconciliation
  • Review Recon controls and closure of breaks
  • Review Unreconciled items and validate proofing
  • Create process flows and repository for future trainings
  • Conduct MIS Reporting and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Manage client expectations and drive process excellence
  • Troubleshoot process issues and ensure business continuity
  • Provide integrated, value-added services to clients

**Qualifications Required**:

  • Bachelor/Masters in Accounting/MBA Finance
  • NISM/NSE Certifications, CISI Certifications, MOOC Certifications
  • Hands-on experience in reconciliation applications
  • Good domain skills in reconciliation processes
  • Exposure to portfolio accounting and General ledger systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge on research & resolution of recon breaks
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification will be a plus
  • Sound understanding of Risk excellence measures and Robotics/BPM
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
