Senior Analyst - Advanced Sales Analytics and Modeling

As an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst at Sales Excellence COE in Accenture, you will be responsible for generating business insights to improve processes, boost sales, and maximize profitability. Your role involves building models and scorecards to help business leaders understand trends and market drivers. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations teams to develop user-friendly solutions based on data insights. Your key responsibilities include: - Collecting and processing data from various functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance - Analyzing data to develop business insights that support decision-making - Communicating data insights effectively in a clear and concise manner - Working closely with the COE team to develop industrialized solutions To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - At least one year of experience in similar work - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - Understanding of machine learning algorithms - Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python - Advanced Excel skills - Experience using data visualization tools like Power Bi, Power Apps, Tableau, QlikView, Google Data Studio - Project management experience - Strong business acumen and attention to detail Additional qualifications that would be considered as extra credit include: - Masters degree in Analytics or related field - Understanding of sales processes and systems - Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery - Experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, or related fields - Working knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics - Knowledge of Optimization techniques and packages such as Pyomo, SciPy, PuLP, Gurobi, CPLEX or similar - Experience working with Power Apps Please ensure you have a home office or work area that is conducive to productive remote work, as per local guidelines.
