As a Senior Aerospace Recruiter at Aviation Indeed, your role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for India Office. Your extensive experience in aerospace recruitment and deep understanding of the aviation industry will be crucial for successful candidate placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with India Office to understand their recruitment needs and objectives, aligning your efforts with the company's strategic goals.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various aerospace positions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS to identify potential candidates and build a strong pipeline of aerospace professionals.
- Employ recruitment techniques such as job postings, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a high-quality selection process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and meeting their recruitment needs promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide updates on candidate progress, feedback, and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging recruitment practices within the aerospace sector.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Aviation Indeed, promoting a positive image and reputation in aerospace recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace recruitment, with a strong background in customer-side recruitment being advantageous.
- Proven expertise in utilizing Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS for sourcing and candidate management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Deep understanding of aerospace industry dynamics, including key players, market trends, and technical aspects of aerospace roles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, software, and databases.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
In this role, you will be based in DEL and will interact regularly with India Office. As a subcontractor for India Office, occasional travel may be required for industry events, job fairs, and client meetings.
