Job Description

Your role at Leadschilly AI as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) will involve hunting for prospects, engaging them through cold outreach, and booking demos on the calendar to help Australian Buyer's Agents automate their lead engagement in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Utilize Apollo, LinkedIn, and Cold Email for outbound prospecting of Australian Buyer's Agents. - Qualify leads based on our "Grand Slam" criteria. - Set appointments efficiently to book 15-minute demos. - Maintain accurate data in the Leadschilly (GHL) dashboard. Qualifications Required: - Must be located in the Philippines. - Excellent written and verbal English skills with a neutral accent. - 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting (SaaS experience is a bonus). - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a noise-canceling headset. - Self-managed, results-oriented mindset to contribute towards scaling the business.
