SDET Engineer

As an SDET Engineer at FNZ, your role combines software development and testing expertise to deliver high-quality software through automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure efficient and reliable testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust, scalable automated test frameworks. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid feedback. - Refactor and optimize automation scripts for reliability and efficiency. - Collaborate with developers, Testers, and product teams to identify automation opportunities. - Ensure high test coverage and contribute to defect prevention and early detection. - Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards for test automation. - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members on automation best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python. - Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Virtuoso, Playwright). - Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). - UI Based automation testing experience. - Experience in natural language scripting / codeless automation solutions. - Experience with API automated testing. - Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC. - Solid experience with data-driven testing with a good understanding of data requirements for automated testing. - Strong root cause analysis skills to resolve test automation maintenance. - Experience working in Agile environments.
