Scalable Backend Systems Architect

As a member of the UEM Platform team at Omnissa, your role will involve writing code, designing and developing scalable software solutions for the Workspace ONE-Unified Endpoint Management platform. You will have the opportunity to own engineering initiatives, champion a culture of high ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce software designs and implement them for new use cases for various platform businesses. - Design solutions to scale the current system effectively. - Regular evaluation on the quality of the products you create and the code you write to enhance your technical skills continuously. - Collaborate with other teams, contribute code to their codebases, and work on the product as a whole to identify and implement solutions for code/design/architecture gaps, scalability/usability/supportability challenges. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or related field. - Proficiency in C# & .NET Framework (Minimum 5 years of experience). - Understanding of distributed systems. - Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting skills, and log analysis ability. - Demonstrable knowledge of large-scale deployments in enterprise technology environments. - In-depth understanding of cloud computing. - Ability to write quality code, unit tests, integration tests using mocking/instrumentation. - Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach to problem-solving, and task completion. - Awareness of security and compliance standards. - Experience in developing automated tests such as unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. **About Omnissa:** Omnissa is a global private company with over 4,000 employees, driven by a shared mission to maximize value for customers.
