Job Description
As an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect / Delivery Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end solution design, governance, and delivery of SAP transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Solution Architecture**:
- Lead the design of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions across core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, etc.).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated, and compliant S/4HANA architectures.
- Ensure alignment of solution design with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Provide architectural oversight for custom developments, integrations, and data migration.
- **Delivery & Program Leadership**:
- Manage full-lifecycle SAP program deliveryfrom planning and blueprinting to deployment and stabilization.
- Drive delivery governance, scope management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Oversee project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business SMEs, and external partners.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Act as the primary advisor to business and IT leaders on SAP capabilities and roadmap planning.
- Build strong working relationships with global process owners, functional teams, and technical leads.
- Influence key decisions through data-driven recommendations and best-practice guidance.
- **Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement**:
- Ensure the delivery follows SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
- Conduct solution reviews, quality gates, and design validations.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, automations, and user experience.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
- **Technical Skills**:
- Deep functional and architectural knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in SAP integration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, and agile delivery models.
- **Leadership & Delivery Skills**:
- Proven track record leading large-scale SAP implementation or migration programs.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination capabilities.
- **Professional Attributes**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
- Commitment to high quality standards and continuous improvement.
Ideally, you will also have SAP or PMP/Prince2 Project Management Certifications and experience leading S/4HANA migration projects.
