As a Source And Screen Specialist for SAP Consultants, you will be responsible for working on SAP requirements such as SAP HANA, SAP PP, SAP Procurement, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and other SAP modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and screening SAP Consultants (both Technical & Functional) - Utilizing Boolean search, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels - Understanding client requirements and submitting qualified profiles within timelines - Coordinating interviews The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications: - Educational Requirement: Graduate - Gender Preference: Both male and female can apply - Skills Requirement: No predefined skills necessary - Experience Requirement: Fresher - Work Arrangement: Work From Office - Location: Sector 6 - Noida - Working Hours: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM | Monday to Friday Please note the salary range for this position is Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 50,000, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
