Job Description
As a Sales & Partnerships Specialist - Rewards, your role involves driving strategic partnerships in the gift card and rewards domain. You will focus on securing deals in cash back, gift cards, and experiential rewards. While direct sales are not part of your responsibilities, you will utilize your negotiation and relationship-building skills to develop a diverse and competitive reward portfolio for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by selling reward-led solutions supporting loyalty, consumer engagement, upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase objectives.
- Create tailored value propositions and sales strategies using Rewards, Incentives, Loyalty, and Promotional mechanics aligned to client KPIs.
- Own and lead discovery conversations, solution workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
- Track market movements, stay updated on competitor offerings, emerging reward models, and loyalty innovations to enhance sales pitch.
- Collaborate internally with Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Delivery teams to design and deliver client-ready reward solutions.
- Lead proposals, presentations, negotiate commercials, and close high-value, promotion-led deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear forecasting, deal momentum, and closure discipline.
Good to have:
- 14 years of experience in business development or strategic sales within Rewards, Vouchers, Loyalty, Consumer Promotions, or MarTech.
- Proven ability to close fantastic good-value deals and relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence with reward-led, service-based, and tech-enabled solutions.
- Commercially sharp, creative problem-solver with a strong grasp of consumer engagement and incentive-driven growth.
