Job Description

In terms of qualifications and skills, you should possess: - Graduation with 3 to 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying the brand's message and negotiating with clients. - Strong negotiation skills to negotiate terms, deals, and contracts with clients and suppliers. - Customer focus to understand and address customer needs and preferences to provide exceptional service. - Analytical thinking abilities to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer behavior to make informed decisions. - Team leadership skills to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals. - Adaptability and innovation mindset to be open to change and constantly seek innovative ways to improve marketing and sales approaches.
