Job Description
As the Healthcare Assurance Sales Manager at Eurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd, your core responsibility is to start and develop the Healthcare Assurance business in India. This involves developing relationships with Indian APIs manufacturers to promote Eurofins, organizing shared audits of their manufacturing sites, and creating business plans and strategies to attract clients for our Healthcare Assurance Services. You will work with the Global Healthcare Assurance teams and local teams to execute these plans. Your role also includes supporting the acquisition, management, and growth of global Indian accounts with work to be delivered in India and worldwide. It is crucial to stay updated on current industry updates and have knowledge of supply chain management.
Your essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with Indian APIs manufacturers to promote Eurofins and organize shared audits of their manufacturing sites
- Driving Indian business development by attracting new clients for Healthcare Assurance services such as auditing, sales of reports, training, and advisory/consulting services
- Managing key API manufacturers to understand how Eurofins can best position itself in relation to audit services and proposing additional Healthcare services
- Managing key accounts to fulfill auditing, training, advisory/consulting needs, and other Eurofins services
- Attracting and growing Indian accounts while ensuring excellent customer service
- Developing Sales and Marketing presentations to promote Healthcare Assurance services
- Liaising with other Eurofins business lines for cross-selling opportunities
- Keeping abreast of industry developments through events, networking, and industry associations
- Supporting the development of new services based on upcoming regulations and client input
- Representing Eurofins Healthcare Assurance in the industry when required
- Enhancing client relationships and driving profitable growth
- Participating in new product development projects and service launches
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Business
- At least 8 years' experience in managing similar businesses globally in Pharma or Chemicals for pharma environment

- Ability to develop relationships with leaders in Pharma or chemical industries in India
- Ability to lead Healthcare Assurance services globally
- Proven track record of new business generation and account management
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
- Extensive travel required, mostly in India and to a lesser degree in Asia
You must be able to travel to accomplish your duties, including cross-regions and overnight stays, with travel accounting for over 50% annually.
