Job Description

You will be responsible for driving business growth through field sales in Delhi NCR. This includes conducting regular field visits to generate new business opportunities, approaching potential clients for IT services, understanding client requirements, and proposing suitable solutions in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Services, and Data Management & IT Solutions. You will need to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, build long-term client relationships, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, stay updated with market trends, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify and approach potential clients for IT services
  • Propose suitable solutions in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Services, and Data Management & IT Solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Build long-term client relationships through effective communication
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project execution
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales (preferably IT services)
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business solutions
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR

  • Experience in selling IT services, digital marketing, or e-commerce solutions
  • Strong network in the local business ecosystem
  • Energetic, presentable, and highly professional personality
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
