Qualification Required: - Proven experience in sales and business development within the banking and finance sector, with strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills. - Understanding of sales strategies, financial acumen, and knowledge of market trends relevant to the agricultural and financial industries. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients effectively. - Ability to work in an on-site setting in Pune, with strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting software for managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance metrics. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Experience in agricultural products or sustainability markets is a strong advantage.
