As a B2B Sales Executive at our fast-growing branding and digital marketing agency in Saket, New Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brands of tomorrow. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities for branding, digital marketing, and website development services.
- Understanding client requirements and pitching customized branding and marketing solutions.
- Maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up, and lead nurturing.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and sales contracts to clients.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular engagement and excellent service.
- Collaborating with internal teams (branding, design, digital marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects post-sale.
- Keeping updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in branding, digital marketing, or creative agencies preferred.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive in approach.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with digital marketing services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Content Marketing, etc.
- Understanding of branding components such as naming, logo design, identity creation, packaging, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software.
