Job Description

You are being sought after for the role of Sales Executive focusing on school outreach for a resort, where you will be responsible for promoting the resort for various school activities such as picnics, educational trips, annual outings, and student events. Your primary task will involve establishing connections with school managements to secure bookings. Key Responsibilities: - Visit schools to showcase resort packages for trips and events. - Engage with Principals and Teachers to develop partnerships. - Provide information on safety standards, facilities, and recreational activities. - Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. - Meet monthly sales targets. - Maintain a client database. - Coordinate with the resort operation team for trip planning and smooth execution. - Follow up with school managements. Qualification Required: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field or a related discipline. - Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in field sales, particularly in education outreach. - Exhibit strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language. - Be well-presented and persuasive. - Demonstrate willingness to travel locally for school visits. - Have a target-driven and self-motivated attitude. Additional Details: The compensation and benefits include a fixed salary along with allowances and incentives, offering growth opportunities in sales within a supportive work environment. It is essential to be self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and be willing to travel locally for field visits. Please Note: Food will be provided at the work location, which will be in person.
