Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Cropex Limited, your role will involve promoting and selling chemicals and fertilizers, cultivating relationships with clients in the agricultural sector, and identifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a relevant nationwide database.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with manufacturers of fertilizers and micronutrients.
- Driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for chemicals and fertilizer products.
- Conducting market research, including analyzing pricing and studying the competition to gather market intelligence.
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with knowledge of chemicals being desirable.
- Previous experience in sales, client relationship management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present product knowledge and build customer relationships.
- Preferably, a solid technical background in agriculture, crop care, or chemical products.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Prior experience in the fertilizer or chemical industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
