Job Description

As an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst in the Sales Excellence COE at Accenture, your role involves utilizing your expertise in data analysis to generate business insights that drive process improvement, sales optimization, and profitability maximization. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and process data from various functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and analyze it to develop actionable business insights. You will leverage your knowledge of machine learning algorithms, SQL, R, Python, and advanced Excel skills to build models and scorecards that aid business leaders in understanding trends and market drivers. Your clear and concise communication of data insights will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and process data from Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions - Analyze data to develop business insights for decision-making - Communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders - Collaborate with the COE team to develop user-friendly solutions - Manage access to tools and monitor their usage Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of one year of relevant work experience - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, SQL, R, Python, and advanced Excel - Experience with data visualization tools like Power Bi, Power Apps, Tableau, QlikView, Google Data Studio - Project management experience - Strong business acumen and attention to detail Additional Information: Accenture is a global leader in providing Sales Excellence services that empower individuals to compete, win, and grow.
