Profile- Sr. Sales Engineer Delhi (Field Sales / Residential Role)
Location: Delhi / NCR
Experience- 1-3 years
ctc- upto 4.2 lpa (depends on interview)
Working Days- Mon-fri
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sr. Sales Engineer to manage our Cable Accessories & Solutions (CAS) business in the Delhi/NCR region.
This is a field-based, residential role involving direct interaction with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling cable glands, junction boxes, and related products to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, panel builders, consultants, and end-users.
- Promote and demonstrate WISKA products, ensuring technical suitability for customer needs.
- Generate leads and follow up on web and email enquiries to convert into sales.
- Manage product approval processes with consultants and relevant organizations.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely order dispatch and invoicing.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for the Delhi/NCR territory.
- Maintain accurate reports on customer visits, market trends, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Candidates with strong experience in electrical product sales may also apply.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of sales experience in industrial electrical products, such as:
Switchgear, motors, cables, cable accessories, junction boxes, etc.
Knowledge of cable glands and junction boxes will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication).
Location preference: Delhi/NCR based candidates only.
