Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing professional at ARaymond, you will play a crucial role in executing the sales and marketing plan for medical components set by the Head of Department. Your responsibilities will include sales forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, achieving individual & team sales targets, developing new markets/customers, handling customer product queries, coordinating with engineering/design teams, and contributing to strategy building and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the sales and marketing plan for medical components as set by the HOD - Forecast sales on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis - Achieve individual & team sales targets - Develop new markets/customers - Handle customer product queries for RFQ - Coordinate with customer engineering/design teams - Contribute to strategy building and execution In terms of P & L management, you will be responsible for new projects, increasing gross margin/product, handling product quotations, collecting payments within the given credit period, and managing sales overheads for the team. Furthermore, you will be in charge of maintaining strong customer relations by addressing pre & post sales customer queries in a timely manner, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and working on improving customer satisfaction based on survey analysis. Your role will also involve providing business intelligence through in-depth research on competition, pricing, upcoming projects, mapping market potential, setting targets for profitability, contributing to strategy formulation, analyzing lost RFQs, generating new product ideas, and benchmarking products.
