Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing competitive services sales & marketing campaigns both nationally and internationally as a Sales Account Director at Boeing Global Services (BGS) team. This position will be located in Delhi, India. **Role Overview:** - Lead the approval process by advocating customer requirements and selling the business case to management to ensure a quality deal while balancing enterprise, business unit, and customer goals. - Negotiate and finalize commitments with customer decision-makers and influencers, ensuring mutual benefit to the customer and Boeing. - Drive sales and campaign activities to successful completion by integrating multiple aspects of customers' needs. - Craft campaign-specific strategies, procure resources, and secure management commitment for successful execution. - Create metrics to monitor campaign project status and budget requirements. - Leverage company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage, and foster business growth. - Research competitors' products and services to improve our competitive position. - Establish a broad network of contacts and knowledge base to address customer needs. - Provide guidance to more junior employees and assist in network development. - Develop customer solutions by coordinating and integrating with internal and external processes and divisions. - Lead the review process with management by aligning customer expectations and Boeing resources. - Maintain and advance customer relationships to proactively address future needs. - Identify future business opportunities and promote the value of Boeings portfolio and partnership. - Take a consultative approach to help customers achieve objectives. - Develop strategy and tactics using in-depth knowledge of customer needs, Boeing products and services, and competitive environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum of 3 years experience collaborating with senior and executive leadership. - Minimum 5 years experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Minimum of 3 years sales experience or experience supporting the sales process. - Ability to travel internationally up to 25% or more of work time. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree or higher. - Experience with Sales & Marketing of Boeing products. - Experience managing competitive domestic or international sales campaigns. In this role, you will be playing a crucial part in driving sales activities, negotiating commitments, and developing customer solutions to foster business growth with acceptable margins. Your expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic planning will be pivotal in meeting the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) and regional objectives.
