Job Description
As a CRM Sales Executive at Tarneo Consultants, your role involves selling CRM/SaaS solutions to B2B SME clients and independently handling demos, negotiations, and closures. It is a revenue-carrying position where you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and accurately updating deals, stages, and notes inside CRM. You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers, owning the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell CRM / SaaS solutions to B2B SME clients
- Conduct live CRM demos for business owners and decision-makers
- Own the entire sales cycle: lead qualification demo proposal closure
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Accurately update deals, stages, and notes inside CRM
- Coordinate with implementation teams only after deal closure
Qualifications Required:
- 12 years of direct CRM / SaaS sales experience
- Must have personally handled demos and closures
- Comfortable doing live demos and handling objections
- Can clearly explain monthly targets, deal size, and closures
- Comfortable selling to SME decision-makers (Founders, Sales Heads, Owners)

The compensation for this role includes a fixed salary and high-performance commission, with the commission linked only to closed and paid deals.
