Risk Consulting Senior - IT Risk Management

As a Senior in FS Digital Risk - IT Risk Management at EY, you will play a crucial role in contributing technically to Risk transformation client engagements and internal projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements, anticipating and identifying risks within engagements, and sharing any issues with senior members of the team. **Client Responsibilities:** - Lead IT Risk Management (ITRM) projects effectively as a team lead - Demonstrate the right attitude towards teaming, ownership, and knowledge sharing - Maintain transparency in communication with the project team, highlight risks, and share mitigation plans - Visualize and propose solutions to customers based on shared requirements - Assist in preparing reports and schedules for clients and other parties - Develop and nurture productive working relationships with client personnel - Plan and monitor project deliverables for the team - Mentor the project team in executing project deliverables - Provide regular status reports to the project manager and onsite coordinators - Be flexible to travel to customer locations or other EY offices as needed - Exhibit good documentation and communication skills **People Responsibilities:** - Conduct performance reviews and provide performance feedback for the team - Foster teamwork, quality culture, and lead by example - Understand and adhere to workplace policies and procedures - Train and mentor project resources and team members **Mandatory Skills Requirements:** - 5-9 years of experience in IT Security, Information Security, Cyber Security, or Cloud Security - Proficiency in IT Audits, IT General Controls, IT Attestation, SOX-ITGC, etc. - Experience in working with IT Risk Management frameworks to identify, analyze, mitigate, monitor, and communicate IT risks - Conduct risk assessments for processes, applications, network infrastructure assets, and vendors - Draft IT/Cyber risk assessment reports including findings, associated risks, and recommendations - Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and create dashboards for continuous risk monitoring - Experience in IT controls validation, testing, and identifying control deficiencies - Develop IT/information security policies, standards, and procedures - Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST-CSF, ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT, PCI-DSS, CSA-CCM, CCSK, ISO27017, etc. - Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP is a plus - Proficient in security design concepts and leading discussions for IT risk management with customers **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in conducting awareness training and workshops on IT Risk Management - Track record with a consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization - Experience in delivering engagements and client management - Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, MBA, MCA, MS - B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp.
