Job Description
As a Retention Coordinator with hands-on Klaviyo experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and optimization of lifecycle and retention marketing programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and deploying email templates and campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and mobile optimization.
- Scheduling campaigns and maintaining automated workflows as per the direction of Retention Strategists.
- Developing and managing performance reports for both client-facing and internal stakeholders.
- Analyzing campaign and customer data to identify insights that support retention marketing optimization.
- Writing clear and structured creative briefs for email campaigns, including messaging objectives and design considerations.
- Coordinating meetings, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Supporting project management processes, including ticket creation, tracking, and maintenance.
- Learning and applying core principles of retention marketing strategy and marketing technology platforms.
- Assisting in developing cross-channel solutions to client challenges across email, on-site experience, social media, events, and related touchpoints.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 13 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on exposure to Email Service Providers (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar).
- Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker.
- Familiarity with - or a strong interest in - marketing technology and eCommerce ecosystems.
- A self-starter mindset with the initiative to uncover insights and improvement opportunities.
