Remote Data Scientist (Python)

As a Computer Vision Engineer, your role will involve designing and executing a fast and accurate outlet identification solution utilizing Google Street View and OCR technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing an algorithmic approach to identify potential outlets from street-level imagery - Applying OCR techniques to extract and interpret outlet-level information - Executing solutions efficiently to meet tight timelines - Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance without compromising accuracy To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Experience of 3+ years in ML engineering, computer vision, or data/AI infrastructure roles - Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Proficiency in Tools & Orchestration including Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Ray, or Airflow - Understanding of AI/ML concepts related to model deployment, scaling challenges, and AI pipelines - Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash for automation and workflow execution At BeGig, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world, high-impact AI and data-driven projects.
