Remote Cyber Security Engineer

As a TAC engineer at Netskope, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent technical support to customers with a focus on network security technologies. You should have a strong foundation in core networking skills, including TCP/IP Protocol suite and OSI layered architecture. Your ability to troubleshoot network issues using tools like lookup, traceroute, and packet sniffers like Wireshark will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for network security technologies such as Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, and SSO - Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways - Apply knowledge of Security, Firewalls, access control, vulnerability management, and intrusion detection - Experience in TAC settings like Firewall and SASE domains - Work in a dynamic TAC environment with a focus on customer satisfaction - Resolve problems quickly and ensure a remarkable customer experience - Manage case queues, update ZD with case updates, and set SLAs accordingly - Take ownership of problem resolution, reproduction, and escalation Qualifications Required: - Graduation mandatory - Excellent communication skills - Strong fundamental networking skills - International support experience preferable - CCNA certification preferable Please note that the job is based in either Chennai or Bengaluru and involves working night shifts in the office.
