Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in India at Crdit Agricole CIB, your role involves leading, developing, and coordinating the Bank's relationships with FIs, especially Non-Banking entities/clients across India. Your main responsibilities include: - Identifying potential opportunities and originating business from FI clients based on their needs within the product suite across Global markets, Financing, and Transaction Banking. - Ensuring effective conversion of prospects into clients. - Establishing and maintaining senior-level contacts within client organizations. - Achieving the revenue target for the year as agreed upon. - Establishing and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as RPC, support functions, product, and business lines. - Being the primary person responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC, financial security, regulatory, and legal norms for the targeted set of clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relationship management experience focusing on NBFI clients. - A good understanding of the bank's KYC guidelines, processes, systems, and the local regulatory environment.
