Job Description

Role Overview As an Area Sales Manager - Retail at The Sleep Company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance across multiple exclusive brand outlets and retail stores. Your responsibilities will include managing Store Managers, ensuring target achievement, improving store productivity, enhancing customer experience, and executing the retail expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities - Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned retail stores - Monitor store-wise revenue, conversion percentage, average selling price (ASP), footfall, and productivity metrics - Ensure the achievement of store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales, Units per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Conversion Ratio - Plan and execute local store-level promotions to increase walk-ins and sales - Lead, train, and mentor Store Managers and Sales Executives - Conduct regular store visits for performance reviews and coaching - Ensure proper staffing, roster planning, and discipline across stores - Implement incentive plans to motivate teams to exceed targets - Ensure a premium in-store customer experience aligned with brand standards - Maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, store hygiene, product display, and branding consistency - Monitor customer feedback and address escalations promptly - Maintain optimal stock levels across stores - Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations - Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain for replenishment - Monitor shrinkage and ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance - Support recent store launches in Hyderabad region - Identify high-potential micro-markets for expansion - Provide competitor insights and market intelligence Qualification Required - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in retail sales management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations - Familiarity with customer experience best practices (Note: The additional details of the company were not found in the provided job description) Role Overview As an Area Sales Manager - Retail at The Sleep Company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance across multiple exclusive brand outlets and retail stores.
