Job Description
As a Regional Key Account Manager (AM) for Modern Trade based in Mumbai and overseeing the western regions, your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of front-end operations related to MT accounts and maintaining strong relationships to drive business revenue.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with Key Accounts in the western region to drive business growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and internal teams.
- Gain a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of Key Accounts.
- Prepare reports on Accounts Progress, Goals, and forecasting for Key Accounts.
- Review sales plans and activities regularly.
- Communicate pricing and promotions to Key Accounts within specified timelines.
- Provide training to instore promoters/merchandisers on proper visibility execution and the importance of promotional communication.
- Achieve monthly value and category-wise targets.
- Increase penetration through new product launches in key accounts.
- Acquire new accounts and ensure timely delivery of the correct products.
- Coordinate with the supply chain for timely supply to Key Accounts.
- Forecast accurately for Key Accounts to ensure good fill rates.
- Ensure timely reconciliation with accounts and collect payments as per terms.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Key Accounts.
**Qualifications:**
- Graduation in any specialization.
- Post-Graduation (Must have): PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
- Must have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in handling key accounts in an FMCG company.
