You will be a Quality Engineer based in Bengaluru East, responsible for conducting quality control processes, supplier quality audits, implementing quality management systems (QMS), driving process optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and addressing high-risk production challenges. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, developing and executing inspection plans, and proactively solving supplier-related quality issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality control processes and supplier quality audits
- Implement quality management systems (QMS) and drive process optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Develop and execute inspection plans
- Proactively solve supplier-related quality issues
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Quality Inspections, Auditing, and Supplier Quality Engineering
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and OPEX (Operational Excellence) principles
- Professional experience in Toys/Plastics manufacturing environment is mandatory
- Skills in Lean Six Sigma, Industrial Automation, and Process Optimization
- Proven ability to develop and execute Supplier Development and Remedial Action Plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional and global teams
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; certifications in Quality Engineering or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
- Experience in advanced industries and a demonstrated ability to operate in high-pressure production environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across India is mandatory **Job Description**
