As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your extensive experience in React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to develop user-friendly interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge and experience in Python Programming and RDBMS (PostgreSQL). - Applying your understanding of python data types, operators, error / exception handling, and logging. - Optional: Engaging in hands-on coding in Python using OOPs / SOLID concepts of programming. - Understanding how API, REST, JWT, OAuth2.0 work and providing constructive feedback during API design phase with backend developers. - Utilizing React libraries like React Query, Ag-Grid, ReactStrap, and adopting a component-driven approach. - Experience with Node.js and basic automation using libraries and tools like Cypress is a plus. - Having a good grasp of cloud-based technologies and tools, with a preference for GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Openshift. - Conducting unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks/tools such as Jest. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like TeamCity, Jenkins. - Demonstrating good knowledge of OWASP security guidelines. - Collaborating effectively with various other teams, such as design and product teams, and providing feedback during feature preparation and planning phases. - Showing initiative as a self-starter, being proactive in resolving issues and removing roadblocks. - Adhering to software engineering best practices. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability. - Optional: Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Recoil. - Optional: Familiarity with Risk / Investment Banking domain Knowledge. - Applying hands-on experience of test-driven development and constant refactoring in a continuous integration environment. - Implementing Behavior Driven Development, particularly understanding how it can be used to define requirements in a collaborative manner. - Working in an agile team, practicing Scrum. - Ensuring the reliability and ease of support of the software you build in production and being prepared to provide 3rd line support when necessary.
