Public Relations & Social Media Specialist

Role Overview: EaseMyTrip, a leading online travel platform in India, is looking for a Public Relations & Social Media Specialist to join their team in Gurugram. As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and strategizing social media and PR activities to enhance the online presence and engagement of the company's founders. Additionally, you will be tasked with building thought leadership, maintaining media relations, and analyzing PR coverage and social media performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, maintain, and execute social media and PR activities. - Develop strategies to enhance the presence and engagement of the founders through PR and social media channels. - Create compelling content to establish thought leadership. - Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets. - Coordinate events and speakership opportunities. - Monitor and analyze PR coverage and social media performance. - Conduct media training sessions for key spokespeople. - Document PR and social media activities for reporting and analysis. - Prepare end-to-end PR and social media content including social media posts, press releases, responses, quotes, authored articles, and briefing documents. - Collaborate with internal and external teams. - Manage the reputation of the founder at both individual and brand levels. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Public Relations and Social Media, preferably in a PR agency. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, motivated, and accountable for deliverables.
