Job Description
As a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator, your role will involve managing project activities and ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery of project milestones. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the point of contact between project team members and stakeholders.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the client and the project team to facilitate communication, align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conducting regular meetings with clients to review project progress, address any concerns, and provide updates on project status.
- Coordinating project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements.
- Documenting and formalizing change requests (CR) and obtaining approval for CRs.
- Ensuring alignment of Customer Expectations with the development strategy and eliminating gaps between requirement understanding and development.
- Securing UAT sign off from the customer and managing client issues effectively throughout the project.
- Monitoring Project Deliverables and Payment schedules, as well as tracking UAT progress, defects, and issues.
- Providing feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, pain points, and market gaps.
- Offering regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Providing training and support to end-users after implementation.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the project domain and effectively communicating technical concepts to clients.
- Supporting project managers and developers in ensuring requirements are met.

Please note that the job requires a minimum qualification of B.Tech, BBA, BCA, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA with at least 1 year of experience. The role is based in Bhopal, Jaipur, Calangute-Goa, or Lucknow.
