Job Description

Role Overview: As a Field Sales Executive (FSE) in the plywood industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients. Market Intelligence & Reporting: - Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the plywood sector. - Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, ensuring timely and accurate information. - Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes. Product Knowledge & Promotion: - Stay informed about the latest plywood products, features, and benefits to effectively educate customers and drive sales. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients to showcase the value of the company's offerings in various applications such as furniture, construction, and interiors. Sales Negotiation & Closing: - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals and ensure profitability. - Prepare and submit quotations and proposals based on client specifications and market conditions. Collaboration & Teamwork: - Collaborate closely with marketing and support teams to facilitate smooth order processing and enhance customer satisfaction. - Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on developments in the plywood sector. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the building materials, plywood, or construction industries. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and fostering customer relationships. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. - Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Proficiency in plywood products and their applications in construction, furniture, and interiors is preferred. - Basic understanding of market dynamics and competition in the plywood industry.
