Job Description
As a Strategic Projects Officer for the Asia-Pacific region at the Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO), your role will involve leading strategic initiatives across global accounts to drive consistency of delivery, transformation, and business improvement. You will be responsible for executing projects aligned with both RSRs strategic goals and our clients objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic planning efforts
- Identifying and prioritizing projects
- Evaluating potential projects across global accounts and assessing their financial impact
- Driving swift progress and completion of assigned projects
- Developing and implementing change management strategies
- Providing governance and oversight on all strategic initiatives for the Asia Pacific region
- Ensuring successful adoption of new processes resulting from strategic projects
- Enhancing project performance through the development of dashboards
- Providing project support to build trust and influence with key stakeholders
- Accountable for the successful delivery of multiple simultaneous global projects
- Defining project scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline, risks, and contingency plans
- Developing well-structured program/project plans
- Providing direction to project resources and monitoring efforts
- Facilitating project status meetings and advising management on project status, risk, and mitigation
- Creating full-scale project plans and communication documents
- Planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines using appropriate tools
- Understanding the Randstad Specialization Framework and Partner for Talent strategy
- Adhering to all applicable laws and policies
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7-10 years of experience managing execution, business, or software projects
- Experience in procurement function or talent acquisition for large global enterprise projects
- Experience in a regulated environment or similar
- Masters Degree in Business or related field
- Certificates in Program/Project Management (optional but beneficial)
- Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office
- Highly organized, creative, articulate, and analytical
- Ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
