Job Description
As the Project Manager for the Real Estate group in Punawale (Pune), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various real estate development projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning and implementation of real estate projects, including setting project scope, goals, and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Oversee project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential project challenges.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide timely and accurate project reports.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
- Monitor market trends and conduct feasibility studies to identify viable real estate development opportunities.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project team members to optimize performance and build a high-performing team.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the successful launch and promotion of real estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
- Execute project closeout activities, including documentation, handover, and evaluation of project success and lessons learned.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10-12 years) in real estate project management, development, or construction, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering complex real estate projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, zoning regulations, building codes, and land use planning.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and a commitment to professional excellence.
- Knowledge of sustainable development and green building practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites and conduct on-site inspections as needed.
