Project Manager - Electrical
Job description
Purpose of the role:
To design, execute and commission safe, reliable and compliant electrical systems for the greenfield facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Electrical load estimation and future expansion planning.
Design HT/LT distribution systems including transformers, RMUs, panels and bus ducts.
Design and execution of DG sets, UPS and emergency power systems.
Coordination with authorities for power sanctions and approvals.
Review layouts for earthing, lightning protection and hazardous areas.
Finalize BOQs, technical specifications and vendor drawings.
Supervise cabling, installation, testing and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with IS standards, GMP and EHS norms.
Integrate electrical systems with BMS, EMS, FAS and automation.
Drive energy efficiency and power reliability initiatives.
Support qualification documentation and handover.
Candidate Profile:
BE / B.Tech Electrical with 12-20 years in electrical project execution.
Hands-on experience in pharma HT/LT systems.
Strong coordination and site execution skills.
